Power2Workers is a dynamic, woman-led nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming Southern California through sustainable employment opportunities in the construction industry. Our mission is to empower local residents by connecting them with rewarding job placements in affordable housing projects, which not only strengthens neighborhoods but also helps reduce unemployment and foster economic growth.

 With a robust network of over 60 community partners, we provide comprehensive support that includes training, mentorship, and job placement services. Our initiatives are designed to equip individuals with the skills and confidence they need to succeed in their careers and contribute positively to their communities.
