Power2Workers is a dynamic, woman-led nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming Los Angeles through sustainable employment opportunities in the construction industry. Our mission is to empower local residents by connecting them with rewarding job placements in affordable housing projects, which not only strengthens neighborhoods but also helps reduce unemployment and foster economic growth.
With a robust network of over 60 community partners, we provide comprehensive support that includes training, mentorship, and job placement services. Our initiatives are designed to equip individuals with the skills and confidence they need to succeed in their careers and contribute positively to their communities.
Led by experienced advocates like Margaret White and Pamela Paige, we are passionate about increasing diversity and inclusion within the construction sector.
